Green Concept:From its inception, Mivida was envisioned as a green community, utilizing environmentally-friendly construction and operation methods in its development. Together with this, Mivida was intended to have as one of its core values the utilization of green spaces in as many areas as possible, leaving room between unit rows for landscaping and greenery and including as many open parks and footpaths as possible. Local plants and wildlife was integrated seamlessly, ensuring that as little damage to the environment as possible is done.
